160L concrete mixer
The 160-litre concrete mixer is essential for preparing mortar, concrete, lean cement or plaster. It is designed for all types of masonry work. Whether you are pouring a slab, making concrete edging or creating a lean screed, it offers excellent mixing consistency thanks to its constant power and large-capacity drum.
The concrete mixer has a large capacity of 160 litres for a maximum mixing capacity of 130 litres, which means that approximately four 25 kg bags of concrete can be placed in the tank.
The concrete mixer is suitable for making standard liquid concrete for foundations, slabs, posts, lintels, mortar for bricks, breeze blocks, plaster or mixtures of lime or pre-measured products.
It is equipped with a welded drum and a 650W motor, ensuring efficient mixing at a constant speed of 29.5 rpm.
The large 38 cm opening allows easy access to the drum, making it easy to fill with components and empty the mixture.
The tilting system is based on a large 54.5 cm diameter wheel that is easy to manoeuvre thanks to its large size, coupled with a foot-operated locking pedal. This device allows you to keep both hands on the wheel while unlocking or locking the drum for smooth, safe and precise tilting.
The drum can be positioned at 14 different angles. The toothed ring and cast iron gears ensure excellent durability, even under intensive use.
The concrete mixer motor has IP44 protection, protecting it from water splashes from all directions. It can therefore be stored outdoors.
The concrete mixer is mounted on two large wheels for easy transport and movement on site.
