Multilayer crimping tool kit
The multilayer tool kit contains all the essentials for working on multilayer pipe plumbing installations. It allows you to crimp, cut, calibrate and straighten multilayer pipes quickly and accurately. It includes four complementary tools: a calibrator/deburrer, professional crimping pliers, a 16 mm pipe straightener and a pipe cutter.
The comprehensive multi-layer tool kit is designed for quick crimping of multi-layer pipes. It is ideal for plumbing and heating work and allows for quick and secure crimping of fittings.
The multi-diameter calibrator-deburrer, 16, 20, 26 and 32 mm, restores the pipe to a perfectly cylindrical shape, removes burrs and creates a slight chamfer to ensure smooth insertion of the fitting. This ensures a durable seal, both in compression and crimping.
It also includes a professional crimping pliers capable of delivering a force of 100 kN, supplied with 4 crimping jaws (TH16, TH20, TH26, TH32), suitable for multilayer fittings. The swivel head facilitates access in narrow and complex areas. The handle is non-slip for a firm grip. The pipe cutter is equipped with a self-locking ratchet mechanism, which allows for clean, precise and effortless cutting of PVC, PER, PEX and multilayer pipes up to 40 mm in diameter. Its hardened steel blade guarantees excellent durability.
The pipe straightener is specially designed for Ø16 mm multilayer pipes. In just a few strokes, it straightens pipes effortlessly, preserving their integrity.
The set comes in a reinforced hard case for organised storage and optimal protection of the tools. Spare O-rings are also included for your fittings.
