The 750W cellar vacuum pump is designed to evacuate both dirty and clean water. It is fitted with an electronic water level sensor that can be adjusted to 4 levels, for precise automatic start and stop. The water pump's built-in sensor makes it ideal for use in confined spaces such as wells or manholes.
The cellar vacuum pump is a high-performance solution for evacuating clear or dirty water from cellars, basements, shafts or manholes.
Thanks to its powerful 750W motor, it can evacuate up to 14,000 litres of water per hour with a delivery head of up to 7 metres.
It can evacuate heavily contaminated water, with particles up to 35 mm in size.
It incorporates an innovative electric water level sensor, with 4 possible automatic trigger positions, enabling the start and stop level to be adjusted as required:
Level 1: starts at 14 cm, stops 6 seconds after reaching 11 cm
Level 2: starts at 17 cm, stops 6 seconds after reaching 14 cm
Level 3: starts at 20 cm, stops 6 seconds after the 17 cm level
Level 4: starts at 23 cm, stops 6 seconds after the level reaches 20 cm
In automatic mode, the pump starts when the upper electrode of the sensor comes into contact with the water.
It stops 6 seconds after the water passes under the lower electrode.
This means that the pump is completely autonomous, depending on the water level.
It also has a forced-run mode that is activated by placing the sensor in its upper housing.
The water pump is supplied with a non-return valve that can be installed in the elbow. This reduces the pump priming time.
For the outlet, it has a stepped connection fitting: 1-inch male thread (26x34) or 32 or 25 mm diameter hose. A special quick-connect hose connector is also handy for connecting to a garden hose.
The 10-metre power cable makes it easy to install in remote areas.
DIY review
This powerful pump is very practical and indispensable for emptying a pond or cellar, or in the event of flooding. It handles dirty water well, and the flow rate is more than sufficient to empty a cellar or well quickly. The adjustable sensor system is well thought out: you can choose from four different trigger levels depending on the environment. Switching to forced operation mode is simple and useful when you need to pump on demand.
