The manual splitter, which is 91 cm long and weighs 4.6 kg, offers ideal leverage combined with optimised impact force. It is ideal for splitting large logs.

The tool is complemented by a 26 cm sledgehammer weighing 1.63 kg, perfectly suited for use with splitting wedges to start driving them in. Its forged steel head allows for precise and safe work.
The manual splitter and mallet have a sturdy tri-material handle with a fibreglass core, a black polypropylene outer coating and a rubber grip coating on the handle side.
The handle is non-slip and ergonomic with a curved end to prevent the hand from slipping.
The 2.42 kg twisted wedge is designed to split wood more aggressively thanks to its helical shape: it exerts lateral pressure that spreads the fibres and allows the wood to split into 3 to 4 pieces depending on the configuration.
It is particularly effective on hard, green or knotty wood.
The more traditional 2.17 kg straight wedge works by linear penetration and is more suitable for dry and soft woods.
Both wedges are very sturdy. They are made of forged steel and painted orange for greater visibility on the ground.
